Andorra Digital Nomad Visa legal requirements about to be approved
The Ministry of Presidency and Economy (interim) has disclosed in a press release that the Regulation developing the Digital Economy Act in relation to the requirements to get the Digital Visa for Nomads in Andorra is going to be approved in two-three weeks.
The Digital Economy Act approved a new visa for Digital Nomads in Andorra. This Act on Digital Economy regulated the basics on this new immigration permit.
Nevertheless, the Act had to be further detailed in a Regulation approved by the Government setting up the detailed requirements for the application.
In principle, that Regulation had to be approved after the Andorran elections that will take place during next month of April. However, the Interim Ministry of Economy disclosed in a press release on March 16th, 2023 that the Regulation was going to be approved in 2-3 weeks.
