European Court ruled that Spanish form 720 is illegal
Analysis on the potential illegality of spanish form 720
The European Court of Justice has ruled that the famous Spanish form 720 is llegal for three main reasons: (i). The practical elimination of the Statute of Limitation is not accepted by European Law; (ii) The fines are not proportioned; (iii) The fine of 150% is not alligned with similar fines for breaching internal law.
